My Guardian Angel
He's always watching when I'm alone,
Or even when I'm not.
He's there when I'm afraid.
He watches me at the window when I go to school.
He's always there when I return home.
He knows my friends when they don't know him.
He knows when I eat, and when I don't want to.
He knows when I sleep and awake.
He is my deceased brother…
Or so I think.
No one but I can see him.
He is my best friend when I have no one.
He's on my side when everyone is against me.
He consoles me when I'm sad.
And he calms me when I'm mad.
He'll hug me when I cry.
And tell me nice things when I'm unsure of myself.
He's there when I don't win awards.
He's the first one to clap when I'm a winner.
He's a part of me that no one can see.
A part of me that's made me happy.
A part of me no one else can understand.
He's me…the me that I sometimes wish I was.
He's my guardian angel…
He's always watching when I'm alone,
Or even when I'm not.
He's there when I'm afraid.
He watches me at the window when I go to school.

This is beautiful. I wish I had an experience similar to this.
